ADAC aids your teachers with cultivating – in service to their profession and, most essentially, their students – the skills and techniques they need to unlock the fullness of their students’ potential.

We work with you and your teachers to:

Preliminarily assess current pedagogical practices aimed at uncovering the best means of implementing personalized learning; and
Develop understanding about personalized learning, including what it is, how it works, and how it can – and should – be implemented in each of your school’s classrooms

When we celebrate a celebrated sculptor, we celebrate not only what he ultimately chiseled from out of the marble, but also what he – and only he – had envisioned hidden deep inside it. Like sculpturing, learning is personal and perceiving is intimate. And so, when a student learns and perceives commendably, so goes one whose own propensities for uncovering the hidden genius within have been enkindled.
