Deeply committed to faith-based service and community development, Debra Haney has led strategic initiatives and supported school governance and development during her 30-plus years of teaching and administration. Debra’s various roles have included service as Secretariat Director & Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Currently the Secretary of the Board of Trustees for St. Peter Catholic Career & Technical High School in Houston and Director of Operations of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan, Texas, Debra holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, a master’s degree from the University of Houston-Victoria, and a doctoral degree from the University of St. Thomas.
