ADAC customizes professional learning services to support job-embedded, sustained professional learning. We aim to partner with schools and systems to guarantee meaningful implementation that results in lasting impact.

Content Area Best Practices Workshops

Participants deepen their understanding of backwards design, content area standards, and unit planning as well as explore best instructional practices for specific content areas that lead to increased engagement and achievement.

Classroom Management Workshops

ADAC’s Classroom Management Workshops equip educators with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies needed to develop and sustain a well-managed, student-centered classroom environment that fosters academic achievement and engagement. Participants deepen their understanding of how to create a positive classroom culture as well as explore practical classroom management techniques.

Culturally Responsive Teaching Workshops

ADAC’s Culturally Responsive Teaching Workshops help teachers recognize that culture is a powerful force in shaping how we see ourselves and the world around us, and how to use that understanding to facilitate achievement of all students. Participants engage with strategies to center unique student experiences and identities, and build on learning partnerships that result in increased student engagement and motivation.

Restorative Practices Workshops

ADAC’s Restorative Practices Workshops equip educators with tools and structures to foster strong, positive relationships and manage conflicts in a caring and inclusive manner. Participants deepen their understanding of restorative practices they can use to help students develop empathy, responsibility, and respect for others, all essential components of a healthy school environment.

Artificial Intelligence in the Classroom Workshops

ADAC’s Artificial Intelligence in the Classroom Workshops empowers educators with simple, student-centered tools and resources to streamline lesson planning, personalize student feedback, spark creativity, and meet students’ unique needs. Participants will also be equipped with ways to teach students essential AI literacy skills.

Differentiation Workshops

ADAC’s Differentiation Workshops equip educators with the understanding of the core principles of differentiated instruction including learner variability, readiness, interest, and learning profile. Participants will learn how to design instruction using backward design that intentionally plans for differentiation by identifying clear learning outcomes, aligned assessments, and flexible learning pathways that support diverse learners from the start.

“Thank you so much! Inspiring and energetic; embodied the growth mindset for teachers!”
