Kaitlyn Weston
Director of Instructional Coaching and Program Quality
An experienced teacher and instructional coach, Kaitlyn serves as ADAC’s Director of Instructional Coaching and Program Quality. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education and a master’s degree as a Reading Specialist, both from Saint Joseph’s University, as well as a certificate in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership from the University of San Diego. Kaitlyn’s experience spans public and private school settings, where she has supported educators and school leaders in strengthening instructional practice, restorative and inclusive classroom cultures, and their ability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
