ADAC’s Paraeducator 101 Learning Pathway is a prescribed sequence of learning engagements designed to equip paraeducators with essential knowledge, skills, and strategies to support students and teachers effectively across diverse educational settings. The program typically consists of six interactive, one-hour virtual modules and can be customized to include more or fewer sessions depending on the needs of the school.
