Inclusive Learning

A Learning Support Team Framework for Private Schools

ADAC provides a comprehensive school-based professional development program that combines the flexibility of online learning with customized implementation support.

We provide to your teachers and leadership team:

  • Asynchronous modules designed to give participants the knowledge and skills needed to develop a school-based Learning Support Program grounded in MTSS
  • Ready-to-use resources such as an implementation flowchart, customizable forms & checklists, and meeting agenda templates
  • Three customized implementation support options for school leadership teams

Grounded in MTSS

The purpose of this program is to help private school teachers and leadership teams establish a strong Tier 1 foundation so that all students can access rigorous, high-quality instruction. Through a focus on universally designed instruction, evidence-based core instructional strategies, and a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, participants develop the knowledge and practical tools needed to:

  • Strengthen Tier 1 instruction
  • Identify and respond to student needs
  • Build a sustainable, school-based learning support system

Immediate Access to Ready-to-Use Resources

All participants receive immediate access to:

  • Implementation flowcharts
  • Customizable forms and checklists
  • Ready-made meeting agenda templates
  • Instructional planning and implementation tools

In addition, each leadership team is paired with an ADAC coach/instructor who supports team members in applying the course content, conducting a schoolwide needs assessment, and strengthening Tier 1 instruction through universally designed practices and evidence-based core instructional strategies.

Flexible Support for Your School Team

All three delivery options include:

  • Access to the asynchronous modules
  • Dozens of ready-to-use resources
  • Certificate of Completion & 25 CEU credits
  • Option to pursue 2.0 graduate level credits
