Building Our WE unfolds through three connected sessions that guide faculty and staff from personal connection to shared vision and meaningful action.
Participants reconnect with one another and reflect on their shared vocation as Catholic educators. Through prayer, Scripture, personal reflection, small-group conversation, Lectio Divina, and the interactive Seeing Our WE activity, they explore how their relationships and individual gifts contribute to a stronger school community.
Faculty and staff turn their attention to the school’s Catholic mission, vision, and culture. Participants celebrate existing strengths, consider areas for growth, and imagine new possibilities for their community. Collaborative activities invite every voice into the process of creating a hope-filled vision rooted in Christ.
The experience moves from vision to faithful action. Participants identify shared priorities, develop practical next steps, and make personal commitments to supporting the school’s mission. The retreat concludes with the creation of an Educational Constellation, visually bringing individual commitments together as one collective expression of purpose.
