What This Service Includes:
End-to-end registration and communication
- Custom online registration, including advance sign-ups for breakout sessions and capacity management
- Name tag generation and organized participant lists to streamline on-site logistics
- Personalized confirmation emails to each educator outlining their sessions, check-in details, and key event information
On-site digital check-in
- ADAC staff set up and run a digital check-in system with multiple kiosk stations, using either names or QR codes
- Real-time support to assist participants and assign breakout sessions for those who did not pre-register
Keynote and breakout session design
- A keynote speaker selected in collaboration with the central office, aligned to the event’s theme and local priorities
- Experienced and knowledgeable presenters, with topics designed to fit the overall theme and network goals
