With CoachingIndividual school leaders complete the modules independently and receive tailored leadership coaching from a national Catholic school leadership expert. | ADAC pairs each school leader with a dedicated ADAC leadership coach. Based on the school’s current context, goals, and available resources, this coach provides consistent, targeted support geared toward meeting each leader’s greatest area(s) of need. This coaching consists of eight 60-minute one-on-one virtual coaching sessions per 12-month period. | $5,500 per leader |
Instructor-ledIndividual school leaders complete the modules with the highly personalized support from multiple instructors who are national experts in the respective NSBECS domains. | ADAC collaborates with each school leader to determine said leader’s unique leadership goals related to each NSBECS domain. Each leader is then matched with instructors whose expertise is specifically calibrated to meeting said leader’s goals. This ensures a continuity of support that empowers each school leader to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. This instructor-led program consists of eight 75-minute one-on-one virtual sessions per 12-month period. | $6,500 per leader |
Graduate credits available from the University of San Diego!
Leaders who complete the asynchronous modules have the option of earning 2.0 graduate-level extension credits. Graduate-level extension credits are not part of a degree program, but instead are used primarily for professional development. In some cases, these credits may be used toward recertification and salary advancement. Some universities will accept these credits toward a graduate degree, but this depends on the university. All who successfully complete this course will receive an ADAC Certificate of Completion as well as a University of San Diego transcript.
Pursuing the 2.0 graduate-level extension credits from the University of San Diego will incur an additional cost of $158 per course participant.
