Complete Program Benefits

  • ADAC supplies program development guidance to school leaders.
  • ADAC provides implementation support to Title I teachers/counselors.
  • Title I teachers join ADAC’s Title I professional learning community (PLC), which offers opportunities for further professional collaboration and growth.

School leaders identify qualified Title I teachers, and ADAC does the rest. ADAC:

  • contracts with local public-school districts
  • on-boards Title I teachers/counselors
  • pays Title I teachers’/counselors’ salaries and benefits
  • works with Title I teachers/counselors to collect student progress data and/or submit to public school districts required documentation, etc.
  • Literacy instruction:
Small-group, data-driven literacy instruction is tailored to students’ needs. Using research-based methodologies such as Orton-Gillingham and/or the Wilson Reading System, services focus on phonemic awareness, fluency, comprehension, and writing development. Regular assessments guide instruction, ensuring each student makes measurable progress.
  • Math instruction:
Collaboration with classroom teachers to analyze assessment data and create individualized student learning plans. Our evidence-based Title I math interventions support students in developing conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and procedural fluency, addressing identified learning gaps.
  • Progress monitoring:
To ensure compliance with Title I requirements and maximize student achievement, a structured progress monitoring system is implemented. ADAC works alongside school leaders and teachers to collect, analyze, and interpret student performance data, making necessary instructional adjustments to accelerate learning and achieve learning goals.
  • Classroom teacher support:
ADAC assists with implementation of high-quality Tier I instruction and proactive, research-based accommodations. This approach ensures that all students, including those with diverse learning needs, receive equitable access to the curriculum through differentiated instruction, scaffolding techniques, and assistive technologies.
  • School counseling:
ADAC’s Title I services may include school counseling to support students’ academic, personal, social, and emotional well-being. School counselors collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to foster positive and supportive learning environments.
  • Educator professional learning:
ADAC offers ongoing, job-embedded professional learning, empowering educators to deliver high-quality Tier I instruction. Trainings focus on best practices in literacy and mathematics instruction, intervention strategies, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Family engagement programming:
ADAC’s Title I services may include family workshops designed to equip parents/guardians with strategies to support their students’ learning at home. ADAC provides practical resources and guidance, fostering strong home and school connections that support students’ learning goals.
