A Learning Support Team Framework for Private Schools
ADAC provides a comprehensive school-based professional development program that combines the flexibility of online learning with customized implementation support.
We provide to your teachers and leadership team:
- Asynchronous modules designed to give participants the knowledge and skills needed to develop a school-based Learning Support Program grounded in MTSS
- Ready-to-use resources such as an implementation flowchart, customizable forms & checklists, and meeting agenda templates
- Three customized implementation support options for school leadership teams

The purpose of this program is to equip private school teachers and leadership teams (i.e. principals, assistant principals, learning support team coordinators, teacher-leaders, special education teachers, etc.) with knowledge about and practical tools for successfully implementing a school-based Learning Support Program grounded in a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.
All participants will have immediate access to ready-to-use resources, such as an implementation flowchart, customizable forms and checklists, and ready-made meeting agenda templates. In addition, each leadership team’s coach/instructor, assigned to it by ADAC, will empower team members to assimilate course content, conduct a school-wide needs assessment, and, ultimately, achieve the aim of this course, which is to aid private school leadership teams with implementing and, ultimately, implement and execute dynamic and effective learning support programs.
All three delivery options include:
- Access to the asynchronous modules
- Dozens of ready-to-use resources
- Certificate of Completion & 25 CEU credits
- Option to purse 2.0 graduate level credits
