Kaitlyn Weston
Director of Instructional Coaching and Program Quality
ADAC is thrilled to welcome Kaitlyn Weston! She brings over 16 years of experience in education, having served in a variety of roles across public, private, and nonprofit settings. She began her career as a classroom teacher and Reading Specialist at a Title I school in Alexandria, Virginia, where her campus rose from one of the district’s lowest-performing to one of its highest, closing achievement gaps across all student subgroups. She later served as an Instructional Coach at a Catholic school in the Diocese of San Diego, supporting educators in Universal Design for Learning, instructional planning and assessment, classroom management, and social-emotional learning. During that time, Kaitlyn led the school’s transition to restorative discipline practices after earning a certificate in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership from the University of San Diego.
