In-Class Coaching for Inclusionary Practices

With precision, ADAC provides to your teachers in-class coaching on how to teach students with learning differences.

We provide to your teachers:

  • Individualized, in-class observation of student-learning and direct assistance with identifying students who may have learning differences
  • Individualized, pedagogical suggestions geared and targeted toward helping each of your teachers to become a capable special education practitioner
  • Onsite and/or off-site one-on-one coaching and support to implement special education strategies/interventions and thereby enhance your teachers’ overall teaching acuity

Besides imparting knowledge, increasing confidence is to the task of effective teaching a cardinal task. However, in order to teach confidence, teachers must themselves possess it. Some teachers may lack the know-how and thus the confidence they need to teach students with learning differences. Others may possess the know-how, but lack the confidence. And a few may have the confidence, but lack the know-how.

ADAC helps your teachers to find within themselves and then build upon the confidence – and the knowledge – they all need to become educators of and for all.

Federal title programs and IDEA may partially or fully fund for your teachers this special education in-class coaching. With unlocking this funding, we can help you!
